We inform you of the Board of ERE Decision No. 139, Date 14.04.2023 who decided on the approval of the Minimum and Maximum Price Thresholds for the Day-Ahead Market, which ALPEX refers to as the possibility of conducting a second auction, according to the stipulations of the Electricity Market Rules - Trading Procedure, approved by the decision of the Board of ERE No. 347/2022. This Decision entered into force on 14.04.2023.
