- POSITION TITLE: Legal Affairs Specialist
DIRECTORATE/SECTOR: ALPEX J.S.C. – Kosovo Branch
POSITION PURPOSE: Ensures the regular and efficient day-to-day operation of ALPEX – Kosovo Branch, in compliance with the applicable legal and regulatory framework, by providing timely and high-quality legal support for all activities and operations of ALPEX – Kosovo Branch.Is responsible for ensuring the implementation of procurement procedures in accordance with the applicable public procurement legislation through the Electronic Procurement System. Drafts contracts between the contracting authority (the Branch) and the economic operators awarded public procurement contracts, as well as other contracts of the Branch.
