DIRECTORATE/SECTOR: Market Monitoring Sector
POSITION PURPOSE: It guarantees the development and efficient operation of the Directorate's monitoring functions, aiming to detect possible cases of market manipulation in the trading activity in the ALPEX markets per the provisions of legal and regulatory acts. It guarantees the company's compliance with market reporting and transparency obligations, so that the Sector fulfills its duties towards the company's Management, its Members, the Supervisory Authorities and at a later stage the competent European Authorities.
