ALBANIAN POWER EXCHANGE - ALPEX Sh.a.
Following the agreement for establishing a common electricity market between Albania and Kosovo, in October 2020 was signed the Shareholder Agreement between OST and KOSTT, for the establishment of the Albanian Power Exchange- ALPEX sh.a., which would implement the organized marketplace in both countries.
