PUBLIC CONSULTATION NOTICE
On the proposed changes to the Electricity Market Rules
ALPEX j.s.c. hereby invites all market participants and other interested stakeholders to participate in the public consultation process concerning the proposed changes to the Electricity Market Rules.
As part of this consultation process, ALPEX j.s.c. is making available the following revised documents for review and comments, which together constitute the complete package of proposed amendments:

- Electricity Market Rules - Trading Procedure 2026
- Electricity Market Rules - Clearing and Settlement Procedure 2026
- Electricity Market Rules - Glossary
In addition, a table containing a summary of the changes is attached, providing an overview of the changes introduced in the respective documents. Download here.
For reference and comparison purposes, the currently applicable versions of the Electricity Market Rules are available on the official ALPEX website at the following link:

All interested parties are invited to submit their comments, suggestions and proposals regarding the published documents no later than 8 November 2026.
Comments and proposals should be submitted by email to [email protected], in Word format, using the Track Changes function. This will ensure that all proposed changes and comments are clearly identifiable and can be efficiently reviewed and assessed.
